Samsung has confirmed that its new flagship smartphone is going to be released in the UAE later this month. The Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ are both available for pre-order now in a handful of markets across the globe where they will be released on April 21. Customers in the UAE will have to wait a bit longer than that.
The Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus will be released in the United Arab Emirates later this month. They will hit shelves in the UAE a week after the Galaxy S8 is released in the United States and South Korea on April 21.
Retailers have already started taking pre-orders for the new flagship. The Galaxy S8 has been priced at AED2799 and the Galaxy S8+ at AED3099 which converts to $720 and $800 respectively. These rates are for the unlocked and off-contract models of the new flagship which will be sold by retailers and resellers in the United Arab Emirates.
